A minimalist open-concept home

This custom home features an open concept architectural structure surrounded by nature. The property and home were made fully accessible for a special needs family member. As a residential design build firm, we achieved this requirement without sacrificing design or aesthetics. The landscape was designed to incorporate the natural beauty surrounding this home as well as provide ample space for entertaining.

Soft Modern

A luxury spec home built without the end user in mind. The ultra-modern exterior speaks to the changes occurring within the neighbourhood, while the interior soft touches add depth and warmth to the home.

Exterior The home is wrapped in hardy panels that are finished with extremely fine stucco, providing texture to an otherwise linear design.	Entrance Full height entrance with a brushed gold chandelier and patterned wood floor to distinguish it from the adjacent rooms.	Dining Room South-facing dining room right off of the entrance with a wet bar, complete with wine display.

Main Kitchen The purpose of the main kitchen in this home is to gather and entertain. Handle-less cabinetry adds to the sleekness of the area. Tied together with the family room both in its open concept layout, and mirrored design choices.	Hidden Wok Kitchen The wok kitchen may escape the eye, as it is nestled within the cabinetry of the main kitchen.	Hidden Wok Kitchen The home is equipped with state of the art appliances, including a total of two dishwashers.
Primary Bedroom Equipped with a dry coffee bar, fireplace, and private rooftop deck, the primary suite is an oasis. The framing wall adorn with Ginkgo Biloba wallpaper to invoke a soothing environment.	Primary Ensuite Designed with the human experience in mind, the custom vanity is made for getting ready for the day or night featuring a 72" lighted mirror. Equipped with a chromotherapy steam shower and freestanding bathtub to promote health and relaxation.	Rooftop Deck Framed by frosted glass for impeccable privacy, the rooftop deck is the home owner's private haven.
